The official launch was held on September 3, 2025, at Hotel Jen, officiated by the Honorable Minister of State for Tourism and Environment, Abdulla Ziyad.

During the discussion, Mr. Nuaim emphasized the growing accessibility of advanced technologies, once reserved for large contractors, now available to local operators. He cited Foresight’s earlier introduction of a pile guidance system, which improved productivity by nearly 60%, as a prime example of how embracing innovation benefits the industry. Looking ahead, he stressed the importance of augmented reality (AR) in construction, highlighting its potential to reduce risks and enhance project planning.
Sharing insights from the tourism sector, Ramnaresh pointed out the challenges resorts face in conducting surveys and detecting leaks without disrupting guest privacy, particularly within complex underground water networks.
Meanwhile, FUJITECOM expert Mr. Shimomura presented global case studies, including Japan’s success in reducing water revenue losses through advanced leak detection. He emphasized the critical role of leak monitoring in safeguarding resources and ensuring sustainable tourism operations.
