Our Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Management System has been designed and implemented to global standards and forms the foundation of a strong safety focused culture that encompasses all business divisions to minimize health and safety risks and incidents, ensuring a safe environment for employees and visitors alike while delivering our services exceptionally meeting legal and regulatory requirements at all times.

  • To implement, practice and continually develop an OHS Management System that is commensurate and aligned with FORESIGHT SURVEYORS’s strategic objectives;
  • To provide a safe work environment with optimum conditions to prevent work related injuries and ill health which is appropriate to organization’s size, nature and type of operations;
  • To establish and support our health and safety objectives that is measurable, monitored and reviewed;
  • To support and facilitate worker participation regarding health and safety issues and concerns at workplace;
  • To provide all necessary resources for the functioning and maintenance of the OSH Management System;
  • To continually monitor the performance and improve the effectiveness of the OHS Management System;
  • To ensure that all employees are aware of their legal obligations regarding health and safety at the workplace and encourage a confidential and non-punitive reporting system within the organization;
  • To fulfill all applicable laws and regulatory requirements;
  • To eliminate hazards and reduce OHS risks at the workplace to as low as reasonably practicable;
  • To promote awareness of the OHS Management System through staff education, training and dissemination of information;

 

The Health and Safety Policy is well informed and visible to all employees, customers, stakeholders, suppliers, business partners and is also available on our website. The Policy is reviewed as part of the Management Review for its continuing suitability and objectivity.
